Shipping & Returns


Keys No More ships all orders via UPS Ground. Every product we ship is packed according to shipping standards and insured for the value of the product. Since we ship according to standards, all shipping claims will be brought directly to FedEx. Please contact us with any questions regarding this.

Shipping charges are included in the cost of most items or products ordered unless otherwise noted.

All orders shipped to addresses in Ohio are subject to Ohio State Sales Tax, which will be automatically calculated into your grand total.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a UPS tracking number, which you may check for delivery progress at UPS.

We strive to ship our products within 1 to 2 business days so they will arrive at your door in approximately 4 to 5 business days. If an order is placed early in a business day it usually ships out the same day. If a partial order is shipped separately or backordered you will be notified by e-mail with an additional tracking number or notified of the backorder date and when the item is expected to ship. Shipping to the 48 contiguous states is at no charge. Shipping to other locations and expedited shipping within the 48 contiguous states will be calculated when you contact us.

Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Return Instructions:

A product may be returned so long as the Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is attained within 14 days of delivery. The product must then be received by our shipping warehouse (LockState/Denver CO) within 30 days of delivery in order to receive a refund. Keys No More will issue a refund for the full order amount less any shipping fees. All returns must be packaged properly for shipping and sent in the original product packaging with all parts included and received in re-sellable condition for refund to be processed. Items that have been installed, modified or damaged by customer are not eligible for return credit. All returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee.

For returns, defective and damaged goods a buyer must contact Keys No More which will contact the manufacturer to receive a (RMA) number and provide the RMA number to the buyer. The RMA number must  be  included on the return shipping label to:

Manufacturer Defect Policy
In the event that a LockState product delivered to a customer contains a manufacturer defect, LockState will repair or replace the product at no charge to the original end-user consumer, so long as LockState is informed of the defect within 14 days of products delivery.
In the event that a consumer wishes to simply return the defected product instead of exchanging or repairing, the customer must notify Keys No More within 14 days of receiving the order. Keys No More will then refund the full order amount less shipping charges.

Damaged Goods Policy
Upon receipt of any product, customers must inspect the packaging for any signs of shipping damage.  In the event of damage to the packaging, customers must immediately inspect the product for damage and have the delivery person sign on the delivery receipt that the item was damaged in shipping, or should refuse the shipment due to damage. Customers who sign the delivery receipt without noting that the shipment was damaged may not be eligible for any credit from the shipping company. Customers who note damage on the delivery receipt and still accept the product can file a claim with the shipping company for credit at the shipping company’s discretion.
LockState warrants to the original end-user consumer of any LockState lock or safe that the craftsmanship, workmanship and materials of the electrical components on all locks or safes made by LockState are free from material defects for a period of 1 year after purchase. In the event that any component of a LockState product is not free from material defects within a period of 1 year from purchase, LockState will repair or replace the lock at its sole discretion, at no charge to the original end-user consumer. All shipping charges arising from a lock or safe exchange are the responsibility of the customer. In no instance will LockState’s liability under these warranties be greater than the replacement of any lock or safe not free from defects. Expressly, LockState will not be liable for any labor costs including but not limited to installation, removal and replacement, nor will LockState be liable for any shipping costs or consequential damages arising from or related to a defective product. Warranties will not apply in the event that any user of the lock or safe has improperly assembled, installed, disassembled, stored, maintained, or abused the product or if the damage to the product is due to accidental damage, improper powering, defective batteries, any end-user modifications, or use of the product for an unintended purpose
